The Silent Hill 2 remake has been highly anticipated by fans of the classic survival-horror franchise, and it seems that the wait may soon be over. According to promotional materials put up by GameStop found by X (Formally Twitter) user @damndemis , and reported by @ResiEvilCentral .

This was also confirmed by X (Formally Twitter)User @SilentHillsin , Aswell as by @Ytevo79 , and shows the game could be released in late 2024.

Although there has been no official release date announced by developer Konami, various ratings boards around the world , such as GRAC in South Korea, have given the game a rating, which typically indicates that a game is nearing launch. Aswell as X (Formally Twitter) User @silknigth saying the game is ready and everything depends on Konami.

Additionally, recent footage of the game appears to show a game nearing completion.
