Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Direct will go live on Sunday, June 9

Activision, Treyarch, and Raven Software officially revealed its next Call of Duty game will be Black Ops 6 showing the logo and other branding. Over the last few weeks since Microsoft announced there would be a REDACTED Direct right after the Xbox Games Showcase, there was speculation that it’d be about Call of Duty.

It has been officially confirmed that a Black Ops 6 Direct will be going live after the Xbox Games Showcase which starts at 1 PM ET on Sunday, June 9, 2024. During the exclusive direct we should get a deep dive into the game’s campaign with a multiplayer reveal coming later in the Summer.

Black Ops 6 is coming to Xbox One and PlayStation 4

It’s no surprise that Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will be coming to Xbox One and PlayStation 4. GameStop pre-orders internally revealed the game will still be sold for the last generation since there is still a large population on those consoles, especially PS4.

The next Black Ops title is still going to be released on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC. It will also be coming to Xbox Game Pass this Fall for the first time.

This will be the first Black Ops game since Cold War released in 2020 just in time for the start of the Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 generation.
