All LoL fans will surely know Faker, who can be considered one of the best players when it comes to LoL. To celebrate this, the developers decided to include him in the LoL Hall of Fame and created a themed bundle. Up to this point, there wouldn’t be anything strange, right? However, things started to escalate when the price was announced.
As we have already mentioned before, all players of LoL and similar games know that they actually have to spend real money if they have the desire to get the best things. However, usually, these were never absurd figures. But now, however, this is not the case with the Faker skin price. In fact, the developers have decided to sell this bundle at a price of around $500.
It is a price that certainly made everyone turn up their noses, even veterans of the game. This is certainly an important amount, which not everyone has the opportunity to spend. For this reason, therefore, there was no shortage of numerous complaints from the community.
By doing a quick search on the Internet, it won’t take long to find some users complaining about this situation. Although the things included in the bundle are really tasty, they do not justify the exorbitant price.
For correctness and completeness, we would like to specify that this price refers to the best version of the bundle. Riot has decided to make this bundle available in three different versions, with different prices.
The least expensive one, which is around $40, allows you to get the basic skin, the Ahri champion, the event pass, a taunt, a border, an icon, and an emote. For the sum of around $300, however, you can get the intermediate tier which will offer you what we listed previously and there is also the addition of some visual and audio effects to make the skin even better.
Finally, the last tier of this bundle, the one that costs approximately $500, allows you to get the top version of the skin, with some extra effects and animations, all 100 levels of the event pass unlocked and some Chromas for other champions.
