The month of April has been all about Fallout as the Fallout TV Show officially premiered on Prime Video on April 10, 2024, with all eight episodes in Season 1. The new TV Show has received mostly positive reviews on Rotten Tomatoes with 94% and the audience seems to agree as well because all Fallout games have been surging with more players.

As of Saturday morning, Fallout 76, Fallout 4, and Fallout New Vegas have seen an increase in players. PlayTracker shared the insights with Fallout 76 at over 18,000 concurrent players, Fallout 4 at over 40,000, and Fallout New Vegas with over 9,000 players on.

PlayTracker also says console players that they can track increased by about 50% on average. So it’s clear the new Television Series has gotten more people to go back into the iconic Bethesda video game series. The numbers continued to rise for Fallout 4 after this post was made and in the last 24 hours, Fallout 4 reached over 54K concurrent players.

Fallout 76’s surge in players could be connected to the Prime Gaming promotion that gives Amazon Prime members a free copy of Fallout 76 for Xbox and PC.

Season 2 for The Fallout Show had already been confirmed ahead of its debut.
